Is Australia the only country that doesn't do school lunches?

Just focusing on developed/industrialised/wealthy countries here, is Australia the only one that doesn't provide school lunches?

I keep seeing videos about how shit american school lunches are compared to europe and asian countries and it just keeps making me think, the closest thing to a school lunch was buying something from the canteen.

Are there other countries that dont do school lunches? Why does australia seem to be alone in this?
