Whenever I click on Play Dota button nothing is happening. It's unclickable and can't find match

There is no notification of any sort of ban, i have almost 10k behaviour score and have been using the same account for the past 5 years, never smurfed or cheated. Is everyone else facing the same issue? I'm using a mac. Someone please help
