Best Out of Box Precon

So I am getting a friend back into MTG and he wants to learn EDH, for now we will likely just be playing 1v1. I have 3 of the Doctor Who decks (Don't have Davros yet) but want suggestions for some other precons that have decent power level just out of the box.

Ideally one that is $100(usd) or less and I'll look at upgrading pieces over time.

Some of what I've enjoyed has been Meren Combo/Protean Reanimator, Tuvasa Enchantments, Ghired Tokens etc.
