Please help me

This notification appeared on my phone while i was planning to charge it earlier. I didn't get my phone nor my charger wet so i was confused. I looked at my port, both my charger and phone but they're clean. I just bought this phone last month and i was worried. I only got my phone charge while it was dead off and while charging both the phone and the charger was getting hot. Can someone help?? I also didn't change my charger
