I need a little help finalizing my semesters schedule.

I am an incoming engineering student with CS intent and this is the schedule the website has for all engineering student:

CH101 + CH 102
MA 141
E 115
E 102
ENG 101
HESF 1xx
This adds up to 16 credits. Is this what my schedule should be and can I add more courses to this?
