Help me identify what I think is a theme song from an old video game??

Excuse my bf talking at the end and the poor quality from Snapchat but I tried to record as fast as possible before the sound went away. May need to hold up to ear to hear it. Heard this last night in my bf’s bathroom from the neighbors above and I swear it’s from an old video game but I could be completely off. I know I’ve heard it before but can’t put a finger on it and it’s driving me insane. Any ideas????
