Being a gamer is killing me

So I am building a Pc I have everything ready except for the GPU. I was originally planning on getting the 5080. I lined up for it, even tried online just to get one, but I didn’t get one. So I decided to just get the 5070 Ti instead, even if it’s a downgrade to what I was trying to build. So to make the Long story short, the same thing happened. Then I finally decided to ditch Nvidia because of the stock issue and decided I will go for the RX9070 XT instead. My hopes are so high, bro, only to be slapped in the face. I was up all night for this release, searching, anticipating, watching every review, and it seems so good. I was excited and, to be honest, I will be happy just to finish my build. And then there this is out of stock everywhere again. I don’t know what else to do. I am frustrated. My eyes hurt, my head hurts, and when I woke up, my nose was bleeding. I dunno what to do anymore.
