Mandalay requests??

I’m checking out mandalay, I’ve never had Burmese food before so i don’t know what to try. These pictures looks amazing but i don’t know what they are!

Other Asian foods i like are drunken noodles, anything stewed or braised, rice dishes, not too fond of veggies, love anything fried lol.

They also have this Portuguese egg tart looking thing, does anyone know what that is?

Anyone have any recommendations?
