How to wake up at 3am…
Heya,
I am starting clinical this week, which was gonna be fine when I thought I would be waking up at 4:30-5 am to make it in time. This week my clinical instructor reach out and informed me that it will actually be at 5 am. Basically I will have to wake up at 3am. Problem, I am not that human, literally can turn off my alarms in my sleep. Any tips and tricks to wake me up at witching hour… especially for someone who has trouble waking up.
