Fraud took my hard working money without OTP and Emirates NBD putting me on 90 days investigation rather than refund.

On 2nd January, while I was at work, I had my Emirates NBD debit card with me, and suddenly, in just one minute, there were more than 20 unauthorized transactions from my card without OTP. I immediately contacted Emirates NBD and blocked the card.

Now, when I asked for a refund, I was told by men cutsomer Service that it will take a 2 weeks to reverse same amount. But another customer service a girl representative told me it will take up to 90 days for the investigation, and there's no guarantee I will get my money back. what a unprofessional behaviour that 2 customer service representatives are telling two type things. This inconsistency in the information is troubling. A friend of mine had a similar experience with Dubai Islamic Bank, and they refunded the full amount the next day. I don't understand why Emirates NBD changed 2 weeks refund as they told and suddenly telling needs 90 days to investigate, especially when the fraudulent transactions were so clearly not mine. The transactions occurred in different different countries, while I was in Dubai, and even fraud used euros, USD and lot of currency. why i have to suffer? This points to a significant security issue on their end.

If they can't provide proper security, why wasn't I informed beforehand that I might lose my money at any time? why Emirates NBD doesnt do advertisements that if anyone is their customers they can loose money any time and they cant give Security and they will be irresponsible for this. I feel that Emirates NBD doesn't prioritize its customers' safety, and this experience has left me extremely disappointed, like i am customers of them and i am begging what is this? I will never use Emirates NBD. i will revert back to other bank.
