Random first period breakthrough after 2 years of being in Orlissa?

This is a little bizzare so wondering if it has happened to anyone else:

I just randomly got my period for the first time in 2 years, as Orlissa has/had continued to keep me from having my period. I haven’t missed dosages or anything, does it just get less effective the more time you’re on it? Is random reappearance of your period an endometriosis thing I should be concerned about?
