update cancels alarm

This is the 5th time that it has done it, before I had no idea what was going on, but every time my alarm doesn't go off, I always see a notification saying "Your Iphone has been updated to X"

I turned off automatic updates even, but ios 18.3.1 has automatically installed during the night, and turned off my alarm. I am 100% sure that my alarm is set, and whenever my phone doesn't update, the alarm goes off. Any fixes?
