Does gaming help you get throught the worst?

I'm at the end of day 11, I'm trying to do something everyday, eat at least a little, go for a small walk, be with someone, do wim hof or a shower... But every day its getting harder for me. I wake up and I don't wanna fight anymore. I am at such a bad place mentally and I'm just existing and praying for this to end, to feel normal, good... I'm searching for something that can help me when I can't do anything, just laying. Maybe some phone game, or something. Do you have any reccommendations or thoughts on this please? I wanna be healthy and happy so badly, I'm trying so hard, I really want to win this battle.
