Does anyone know what randomly triggers this texture to appear on my sims' scalps? I've never been able to find a cause and it's frustrating as it limits what hairstyles I can put my sims in since it shows through.

I was making a sim in CAS and I got an object error (haven't checked the log yet). Clicked "Reset" and now my camera has gone rouge. I've never had this happen before and don't know how to fix it. This screenshot was taken after I confirmed the family and went back in so reloading CAS has not helped

My first experience with the game adding random relationship flags! Matthew has never met Pol, yet somehow they are BFFS; I noticed this while looking through Matthews memories and found it so funny. Spawned Pol with the SimBlender just so I can fix it in-game.
